Susan G. Komen for the Cure Southern Arizona
Designlines had the pleasure and opportunity to design the new home and offices for the local Susan G. Komen for the Cure of Southern Arizona. Komen Executive Director - Beverly Kruse said " you have made our space warm and inviting a place where family and loved ones can come and feel comfortable and welcome". Designlines also became a proud participant in the Walk for the Cure last year and looks forward to once again going out to show our support. So many are touched by cancer and participating in the walk is one way to support and be part of the community. The next walk is April 19th, 2009 at Reid Park. View Photos

NAMI of Southern Arizona
Owner Patricia Mooney and husband Lou Spivack (of the Pima County Attorney's office) are members of the local NAMI group - the National Alliance for Mental Illness and Pat and her husband Lou and their 5 month old English Mastiff - "Lyra" - came out this past March to do the 3K walk with family and friends affected by mental illness. It was a great success and hosted many such as Gabriel Giffords, Odaiko Drummers, Traditional Folklore Dancers, in addition to fantastic food vendors who donated their time and treats.
